KV Heating & Plumbing provides heating, plumbing, and gas services in London, including:

  • Boiler installation, repairs & servicing
  • Gas safety certificates (CP12)
  • Emergency plumbing & heating repairs
  • General plumbing & heating services

2. Booking & Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Customers must ensure full access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours’ notice may be charged a call-out fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are clearly stated before work begins.
  • No VAT is charged on our services.
  • Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out charge.
  • Refunds are not available once work has been completed unless a proven fault is found in our workmanship.
  • Deposits for special orders or large projects may be non-refundable.

5. Workmanship & Guarantee

  • All work carried out is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee (unless stated otherwise).
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts and appliances.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing issues unrelated to our work.
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party tampering.
    • Indirect damages such as loss of earnings due to heating/plumbing failures.

6. Gas Safety & Compliance

  • We follow all Gas Safe regulations and safety standards.
  • Any unsafe gas appliances identified will be shut down for safety.
  • We are legally required to report unsafe gas installations if they pose a risk.

7. Use of Our Website

  • The content on our website (text, images, pricing) belongs to KV Heating & Plumbing and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
  • We aim to keep all website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
